PROCESS-OPT METHOD
The GMC Process-Opt team will dive deep to review any existing processes, procedures, and documentation. The team will observe any process where no documentation currently exists. Our specialists will work with your team at various levels to find out exactly how your company works – finally documenting everything correctly.
Our specialists will analyse all the processes for both opportunities to optimise each one or to automate a manual process where feasible. Optimised processes are tested as part of the build and once authorised to do so, new optimised process is implemented.
We use statistical methods for the analysis, monitoring and diagnosis of process operating performance via an on-line process which collects process measurements. Our team set thresholds and analyse breaches and anomalies in a process of ensuring continuous improvement inside of your business.
